 Apple is expected to announce the iPhone 17 Air this fall, and a new leak claims that it will have an incredibly small battery. If accurate, this means that owners of the unconfirmed device can expect particularly poor battery life from their new iPhone. The report comes via leaker Instant Digital, who posted to their Weibo social network to confirm that the battery will have a capacity smaller than 3,000mAh. As MacRumors points out, the last time we saw an iPhone with such a small battery was when the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 models launched. This leak also backed up a previous report by The Information that suggested the iPhone 17 Air would have worse battery life than the current iPhones that are on sale. If all of this comes to fruition, it seems most likely that the iPhone 17 Air’s thin design is to blame. Twitter for Mac has been a relic of a past age for a long time, but after an initial report stated a refresh was coming down the pipe, it’s finally arrived. Twitter for Mac has officially been updated to version 4.0.0, and, with it, brought plenty of new features, oft-requested features that have been missing in past iterations of the app, and better optimizations to hopefully make the experience better overall. How to use an HTML signature in Mail app on iOS Step 1:  The first thing you want to do is to launch your favorite mail app on your desktop, be it the Mail app on your Mac, or even Gmail in the browser. We will use that Mail app to create the HTML part of the signature. Step 2:  In your favorite mail app on your computer, create a new email to be sent to yourself. In this email, just create the signature you want to use on your iPhone or iPad. The reason why this must be done from the desktop is because the stock Mail app on iOS doesn’t allow you to insert HTML code. The desktop app does. Apple releases Safari updates for Yosemite (8.0.6), Mavericks (7.1.6), and Mountain Lion (6.2.6). The new versions include fixes for multiple memory corruption issues in WebKit, which Apple says could lead to arbitrary code execution or unexpected application termination when visiting a maliciously-crafted website. Microsoft has rolled out a fairly substantial update for its Office 2016 for Mac preview, just over one month after its initial debut. The release brings a number of new features and a refreshed design, which includes a colored toolbar for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Most of the big changes were made to Word, which received scrolling performance improvements, support for keyboard shortcuts, better VoiceOver, new user information settings, and features like a custom dictionary. Word also got a handy new search feature that allows users to find document templates online, and a macro recording feature. The update also brings lots of welcome bug fixes. Outlook, which hasn’t received a refresh look yet, did get some improvements and new features. Users will find improved support for Exchange accounts, and a new feature called “Propose New Time” that allows meeting attendees to arrange a new time with organizers. It’s one of the best ways to go about organizing photos with the new Photos app in OS X Yosemite and it’s extremely simple to create new libraries and to switch between those libraries on the fly. Along with the highly anticipated Apple Watch, the new MacBook is now also available for order via Apple’s online store. Apple had unveiled the new 12-inch MacBook at its ‘Spring Forward’ event on March 9. It is the slimmest and lightest laptop ever from Apple and weighs in less than 2 pounds. It comes with a 12-inch Retina Display inside a body that is smaller than the 11-inch MacBook Air and features a single USB-C port that can be used for charging the device, connecting other USB devices to it and more. The base model of the 12-inch MacBook starts from 1,299$ and comes with a 1.1GHz Intel Core M processor and 256GB of storage space. The higher end model, which costs $1,599, comes with 512GB of storage space and a faster 1.2GHz processor.

The idea of auto hiding the dock has always seemed appealing, because it give back the real estate normally lost by an always-present dock. The downside to auto hide, however, is the slight delay that occurs whenever the dock shows and hides. For me, the delay totally kills the idea of using auto hide. But what if you could remove the delay? In this tutorial, I will show you how to have the best of both worlds: a dock that is hidden, yet at the same time immediately accessible due to the omission of the annoying delay.
