Interactive Apple Watch demo gives a nice glimpse of the future
Leading up to the launch of the Apple Watch, which is rumored to start shipping by the end of March, anticipation and excitement for Apple’s wearable will continue to rise.
The biggest question on many potential buyers’ minds will be how the Watch will actually work once it’s strapped to their wrist. While Apple showcased the Watch’s features way back in September when it was initially unveiled, the end result will be much different in the real world application. Which is why a nice interactive demonstration is a nice way to get a glimpse of the future.
Developers that created Pipes, a news app for iOS, have gone out of their way to build an interactive demonstration of the Apple Watch and a few of the apps that owners will be able to access on the wearable. That includes apps like the bulit-in Weather app, see what a phone call will look like, and even what a popular game might look like on the device. The Music app will actually open up “A Sky Full of Stars” by Coldplay and start playing.
The demo is pretty straightforward, but it does a really great job of showcasing just how the Watch will work when it releases soon. You can check out the demo here.
