Apple TV is just $69 - price cut from $99



Apple TV is now only $69 instead of $99 as announced by  Tim Cook, CEO of Apple, during the company’s “Spring Forward” media event on Monday. He is also announced that HBO Now coming exclusively to the Apple TV in April.

        “We would like to make it accessible to more people,” Tim Cook mentioned on the event.

 It looks like Apple is making a bigger commitment to Apple TV. HBO Now, which got stage time during the media event, will cost $14.99 a month and include HBO’s entire catalog of TV and movie content — no cable subscription required.

Apple doubles previous iCloud Contacts limit to 50,000 contact cards

As  indicated  in the official support document which was updated at 14.05.2015, Apple has now doubled the previous iCloud Contacts limit from 25,000 contacts to 50,000 items. These contact cards can be shared and synchronized with the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad devices, as well as with Mac and Windows PCs, and can be accessed through any modern web browser at  iCloud.com . iCloud Contacts now supports 50,000 contact cards in total, with a maximum size of a contact card set at 256KB, a contact photo at 224KB and a contact group at 256KB. The total size of all the photos attached to your contact cards cannot exceed hundred megabytes, or 24 megabytes in the case of card text. iCloud Contacts supports JPEG, BMP, PNG and GIF file formats for a contact photo. Similarly, the previous vCard import limit of 25,000 contact cards has been raised to 50,000 items. PCalc now available for the Apple Watch; includes tip calculator, Glance, Send to iPhone and more

The popular calculator app, PCalc by developer James Thomson, has been updated to support the Apple Watch, bringing new features to the app. The newest version of PCalc, which is version 3.4, was updated on Tuesday, May 19. With it, Apple Watch support was officially added, which means that crunching numbers on the wrist is easier than ever. There’s also a tip calculator included for good measure. The Glance feature within the app will show the last results made from the calculator, so if you need to be reminded of a calculation you did previously, that will help. The Glance will also work as a quick way to launch the app as well. There’s also the ability to send a calculation to the iPhone as well. The app is available now, and it costs $9.99.
